On Saturday, October 10, Hungary’s National Dance Ensemble is coming to the Riviera Theater with Land of the Free—a spectacular production created especially for America’s 250th anniversary.
Through exhilarating dance, authentic Hungarian folk music, vibrant costumes, and historical storytelling, the performance brings to life Colonel Michael Kováts de Fabriczy—the Hungarian-born hussar who helped organize Pulaski’s Legion and gave his life defending Charleston in 1779.
This is a rare opportunity to see Hungary’s national dance company perform a story with such a powerful connection to Charleston—and admission is completely FREE!
